Home made curried chicken for dinner tonight and i also made homemade naan bread for my family to have with (Im not eating it) After a few weeks of not being fully into my weight loss journey Im back and ready to start pushing myself more then ever. It was more the exercise side rather than diet. My scales were completely off and I got a new pair in which I was weighing 91kg, then I went to 89.3kg and now Im sitting at 89kg. I am now trying to get as close to 87kg by next Sunday. Im now doing 10 minutes of the elliptical trainer every 1-2 hours and a cardio session at the gym at night. I have also got myself a book in which I am going to keep a food journal starting tomorrow. I am back with a completely new mindset and I am not going to let anything get in the way.
