Home made gluten and dairy free healthy mushroom soup.. Recipe by Dwight Agnor 1) Put 2 packets of cleaned whols Shiitake mushrooms and 2 large carrots (chopped into large pieces) into a pot of water, and let it boil... 2) Add 3 large onions and 2 whole garlic, chopped large pieces into pot. 3) Let the pot boil for 90 mins. Turn off stove. 4) Prepare 3-4 scoops of Mila chia by soaking in hot water. 5) Slowly add boiled mushrooms, carrots and broth into a blender and blend. Pour blended mushroom into another pot. Repeat till everything is blended. 6) Pour blended mushroom, Mila Chia into a big pot and start boiling.. 7) Chop 8 portobello mushrooms finely and pour into pot. 8) Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil. Turn off stove. 9) Serve with grated Parmesan and coriander.
