Home sweet home Yep, I am really home. Daddy came this morning to pick me and Mommy up. Of course there was a lot of paperwork to go over before I was able to get out of there. Grammy was waiting at the house for us to tcome home.lady was also there too. Daddy made us lunch- macaroni and cheese with hot dogs. Yea, non hospital food. I still am not eating like the doctors would like me to. My gtube will help me make sure I get plenty of stuff to help me grow. Speaking of growing, I gained a whole pound in the last 10 days. I know that might not seem like much but kids like me with SMA, a pound is a big deal. After I got settled in, I waited for my big brothers and sister to come home from school. They really missed me and told me about what happened while I was gone. Disney jr is on! The hospital didnt have Disney, Disney jr or even Sprout! Other than watching Thomas and Friends on DVD I didnt see any whoot whoots. Plus the TVs were old and didnt work too well. Mommy says they need to upgrade to blu ray players and flat screen TVs. Mommys making dinner for us. Shes mixing stuff in a bowl and now shes rolling it out on the counter. I wonder what shes making. What ever it is, it smells really nice. Yea its chicken and dumplings. Mommy makes really good chicken and dumplings. I took a nibble but that was it. Its time for me feed. Daddy set me in my high-chair so I could color. Its only an hour but I got tired and fell asleep.
