Homemade Moroccan soup called Harira. It is known as the soup of the poor due to the origins of its creation. It is traditionally eaten after fasting during the holy month of Ramadan due to its gentleness on the stomach and its high nutritional value. It consists of simple spices, herbs, lamb and three different types of pulses and its base is tomato. Made for a very unwell hubby - I hope he enjoys it! Ps. This dish enhances itself by the next day. Delish 😋
