Homemade Peanut Butter Chocolates Recipe Easy to make homemade peanut butter chocolates Ingredients 1 cup creamy peanut butter (Choose a nice natural peanut butter for the best flavor) 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted 1 cup cocoa powder 12 ounces chocolate chips 1 additional tablespoon butter ♥♥♥♥ Special Thanks to: grandmotherskitchen.org/recipes for the Recipe and Picture :) ✻♥✿✻´¯`**♪ღღ♪*•.¸¸✻✿♥✿✻ Directions 1.Mix peanut butter and 4 tablespoons butter together with a handheld mixer. Pour mixture into a 2-inch deep baking pan and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Using a small scoop, scoop out little rounds and place on a baking sheet. Freeze for another 20 minutes so they harden. 2.To make the chocolate coating, mix the chocolate chips and the butter in a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds, stir and heat for an additional 30 seconds. Remove truffles from freezer, using a fork, dip into the chocolate. Let truffles drip excess chocolate off.
