Homemade granola bars ; Many people see a granola bar as the perfect example of a quick and healthy snack . But did you know that the granola bars from the supermarket are loaded with sugar ? Want a healthy alternative ? Make it yourself ! With these recipes you can enjoy sound from your ' snack ' The bars are easiliy made and you can of course endlessly exchange the ingredients you like best . So you have your own unique ' ' homemade granola bar and that is a lot more fun than some pre-packaged version ? Healthy chocolat granola bar. Chocolate and health go hand in hand in this delicious snack .Short on time ? This bar has only 3 ingredients and is so easy and quick to prepare. Ingredients for about 10 bars 100g mixed unroasted , unsalted nuts 150g dried apricots (or other dried fruit such as dates ) 125g dark chocolate (as pure as possible , above the 73 % cocoa ) Requirements: foodprocessor Recipe for healthy chocolate Put the nuts in a food processor and chop finely . Cut the apricots into small pieces and add them to the nuts.. Let the machine run until it is a sticky mixture . Place a piece of baking paper and spoon the mixture on it. Make a square shape from the mixture. Then cut the paper in the in half and cross the square into 5 pieces . Make the bars gently separate from each orher and from the baking paper . Break the chocolate into pieces in a saucepan and put it on the lowest possible heat. Stir until all chocolate is melted . Put the pan on a trivet on the counter and put in a bar . Turn this around with two spoons in the chocolate so that a layer of chocolate covers the bar. Put the bar back on the baking paper . Repeat with the rest . Allow the chocolate to harden .It goes faster in the refrigerator or freezer. Wrap them in waxed paper , plastic wrap or aluminum foil , so you can easily take it of. Variation; Seeds : replace a portion of the notes by sunflower seeds, flax or chia seeds eg . Other fruit : apricots replace by dates, prunes or other dried fruit . Muesli bar without sugar , butter and flour This delicious recipe , contains only pure ingredients and is delightful to snack. Ingredients for about 7 bars 1 banana 20 grams of oatmeal almonds 1 apple cinnamon Powder coconut Grated dates Rectangular cake tin and some oil to grease the tin. Recipe for granola bar 1. Preheat the first oven to 175 degrees Celsius 2. Mix the oatmeal , cinnamon powder , grated coconut and banana in a food processor. Continue until the mixture is completely smooth . 3. Remove the pit drom the dates and cut into small pieces . Add the dates to the creamy substance. 4. Add the almonds ( or other nuts ) and apple . 5 . Grease your cake tin and put in your granola mixture and press it all nice and smooth with the back of a spoon 6. Finally, add the grated coconut and put the cake tin about 30 minutes in the oven . 7. Allow to cool and enjoy!
