Homerville Sheriff Department in violation of their Oaths of Offices and willfully and internationally putting the public at risk by showing favoritism toward the following individuals: Carolyn Thomas & her son Tavarrius Thomas for 3 counts of Terroristic Threats and Acts on December 8, 2014 where myself and others where Threaten to be killed by club 912 owners. I would like to remind everyone the Georgia Castle Doctrine Law gives me the right to Stand My Ground and Defend myself with deadly force if necessary! Today Monday December 15, 2014 I called the Homerville Sheriff Department and ask if they have arrested the individuals in question. I was told by them that an officer went out Friday and told them to be here on Monday December 15, 2014 @ 2:00pm, wow! This is not normal for a deputy to go visit the house of two individuals and tell them that they have Warrants for their arrest, but its ok just come in on Monday to be booked! R u serious, not only did they put my life and Ms. Laceys life at risk they also put the public safety at risk. This is one of the same reasons that Clay Cross was murdered because they refused to follow the law and their own procedures! It is time for a change, it is time for real justice!
