Hon Ken Lipenga, MP, Minister Responsible for Finance has left the country three hours ago for the US where he has been summoned by the President. The main agenda is for him to brief her on what is happening as she is scared to come back. Meanwhile, a number of cabinet Ministers have told the President that if she doesn’t move on their colleagues who have been mentioned in the financial scams and the Mphwiyogate, they will defect to the opposition Malawi Congress Party.
