Honble High Court made an important order (attached is order) In my PIL No.8801 of 2012, the matter took a serious turn in High Court when Honble court made question mark against ALL Municipal Corporation of Punjab to file their status against unauthorised constructions. The date of hearing was 5/12/14 For information, this PIL was drafted, filed and is being pleased In-Person by me The Honble court has already made many a landmark orders. Like that MCA are to take photographs of the unauthorised constructions at the time of issuance of Notices and no construction be allowed further from that stage and to deploy police to stop. THE HONBLE COURT ALSO ORDERED TO APPOINT 70 NEW BUILDING INSPECTORS TO EFFECT LAW, (which is almost rare) But Alas, the corrupt administration had not taken care and are in contempt of High Court at their own risk and costs.
