Honest people gave Governor Jerry Brown money for his re-election campaign! How is it possible for him to take that money and use it to promote two ballot measures? I am not saying that the ballot measures are wrong. I just want to know how is it legal to take money from people for one thing and then use it for another? Perhaps the people that gave him the money for his re-election do not support the ballot measures. I thought that there were laws to govern how one spent campaign money?
