Honestly my life aint great, so much has changed, Ive lost friends Ive had for years lost a full time job, lost out on seeing work mates Ive worked with for 13 year or something, xmas is coming up yet i still know things will turn around, sty ill know that as ppl moan there is always someone worse off. changing mindset to things can be so positive and life changing but i pick up on the negative attitudes of others of the stress others see as stress when really their just everyday occurrences that we have to try and be positive about cause without hope,ambition,drive and determination we just end up sucked up into a way of thinking we are the victims of bad circumstances. We should all focus on what we have as opposed to what we dont have, hell yeah things arent the best for me but ppl a lll over the world are suffering on much deeper levels and every thought we plant is a seed, whether its good or bad all thoughts as do seeds grow into something its up to us to change things and its up to us to attract the things in life we want as oppose to thinking that there is no way out, there are always solutions and when we stop focusing on the negative side of things then there is room for the positives. Optimism over pessimism thats what i say !
