Honestly, this is what every strong woman really wants...and (be mad if you want to, but Ima say it anyway) needs--a man that leads. I will say we (women) have to relinquish control...but were afraid to because so many men have shown us that theyre incapable of leading. So we dont trust that men can handle the pressure. I would love nothing more when I come home from being the confident go-getter, independent #BossChick all day than to lay down my sword and shield and wrap myself up in my man and just let him be the boss (there too...but dont be so shallow). I want to be respected for my intellect, talents, contributions, and capabilities, while also being led and supported by my partner. I HAVE to be tough all day...itd be nice to be able to take the armor off and be vulnerable at home and KNOW that HES got me 100%. There are so many quotes by the great #feminist, #VirginiaWoolf, that illustrate my point. Ill share just two: It is fatal to be a man or woman pure and simple: one must be a woman manly, or a man womanly. The strongest natures, when they are influenced, submit the most unreservedly; it is perhaps a sign of their strength.
