Honestly, todays news is either genius and brilliant or stupid and unassuming as to the intelligence of shareholders. I do not, for the life of me, understand this move. Was there no other company the software could be pitched to? Tons of companies that we couldve tried to do a deal with involving shares like this, and as sitting CEO and someone who has read a good portion of posts here, and acknowledged that investors in Luxuriant are skeptical because of Vaksers past involvements in the former businesses being run on the ticker, you owe it to shareholders at this point to clarify why you would make this deal with that particular company. Ill be perfectly honest: I would have rather dilution have paid for a contractor or just giving them shares. I am curious to see this individuals past work and if that is made public and we are able to convert that equity in order to help grow our business, thats great. Otherwise, therell be problems. Theres been a lot of buzz from management so I do believe it is around time to really reward us with something significant. That to me would include selling that equity stake in a timely manner such that we can use proceeds to build what we wish to build, and it would also entail delivering a knockout tomorrow as to whether real work is being done. Maybe announcing that weve helped Kolbe buy property for operations. I see good potential possible with Plan C, Vortex and Kolbe, but more than ever we need to see our flower start growing, because todays announcement caught me by surprise and you must have known that shareholders would not be thrilled to hear about this deal?
