Honesty MUST replace denial before we can face the truth of OUR situation here in Chicago. As honesty takes over, and it will if we so choose, we must ask ourselves some basic questions : 1. can we determine our own fate? 2. are we willing to do WHATEVER it takes to change our present situation? 3. are we willing to FIGHT? As the appeal of self determination begins to take hold in our minds, our reservations, not about success, but the struggle itself will rise. Those reservations MUST be squashed, killed even! Holding onto those reservations is reserving a place in our minds for things to remain the same!
