Honeys story started back in March of 2013 when she was born. She - TopicsExpress

Honeys story started back in March of 2013 when she was born. She was purchased by my son and his girlfriend with the understanding that she was going to live with us and the GF parents equally. That didn’t work out because GF’s parents had health issues. So we ended up raising her from the time she was 4 weeks old up to present day. Son and GF moved out and took Honey with them but she was not happy at the new residence. We took her back in and she is happy here. We agreed to foster her until a satisfactory home was found. We have spoiled her because we are animal people. Only problem is that we really don’t have the time to spend with her because we both work. We have a spoiled dog and cat and we have provided a nice home for Honey. Yes we are attached to her and she is fun to be around sometimes but we really need to let her go to a good home where she will be maybe around other pigs or someone who knows more than we do about these animals. Hopefully someone who would spoil her as much as we do. She has been spayed and she will go to the door when she has to potty (sometimes). We have to watch her and can tell when she has to go out. She loves to root in the back fenced in yard after a rain when it is softer. She has her tent to keep the sun off of her and has a pool that we put veggies in and she loves to get in it and dunk for veggies. She has mostly been fed vegetables and pellets. Sometimes she will get some fruit and oatmeal that she loves. She is very loveable and loves to have her belly rubbed and has her own special brush that she loves too. She gets along with the dog but he has his reservations and just walks away from her when she gets in his face and “barks” at him. No problems with the cat either. She actually has her own bedroom and she jumps in her bed at night and buries herself in the comforter she has on the bed. She is just too much for us right now and we would love to find her the “perfect” home. Please help. We are located in Southern Maryland but we would be willing to travel a little to the right home. We have LOADS of pictures that we can send. Like I said, it has to be the perfect home where someone can spend some time working with her. Any thoughts?
