Honking, Green Ribbon Campaign Added to Constitution Fight The grand coalition on the Zambian constitution has rolled out new campaigns to press the Patriotic Front government to release the draft constitution. Coalition chairperson Father Leonard Chiti has announced that the green ribbon campaign and the honking of cars every Friday will be part of the multi faceted approach to ensure that Zambians are given their long sought after people driven constitution. He said the coalition will demonstrate to the citizenry that there is a link between development and a people driven constitution. He said jingles will be played on radio and television to popularize the demand for a people driven constitution.
