He is currently running in the 2500 for OBRA. He has soft mouth, moves all body parts, picks up leads, collects, nice stop, haunch turn and settles for any level of rider. He is the kind of horse that I used to take my Down syndrome sister on her first trail ride with, in a halter and then took to a race the next day and brought home the check. Push him into the barrel and then ask to turn and he will give you an awesome run. Would be perfect for OHSET, WAHSET, junior rodeo or 4-h. Ive done tons to desensitizing on him; worked cows, jumping, trail rides bareback through water and he even put up with my roping skills (not good). He has been shot around and didnt flinch. He still can still pull a check at local barrel races. Needs intermediate rider for barrels because he knows his job but you can bring him down in the arena. You can use him for beginners outside of a race atmosphere with no problems or worries. Not in hurry to sell and a good home is a must.
