Hoo harrr! 3-1 Get in there. nice to get a win today, this has been coming a while and very much deserved. Team continue to show their improvement, good intelligent movement, good communication, great desire. Great to see recent work on corners pay off early in the game when Jamie climbed above marker to nod in a beautifully floated ball. Joe bagged a pair, the first running on to a ball slotted through by Josh and tidily finished, his second though with more flair and demonstrative of his growing confidence - dropped his left shoulder and bent it around the keeper with his right - class finish. Goals alone though didnt get joint man of the match though for these though, good determined effort though throughout did. Remember though, two men dont win games alone, they were backed up all over the pitch. The defenders particularly put in a great shift, and ensured, thankfully, that a still poorly Jack, had his quietest game of the season. He was solid when needed, and provided good distribution, but happily wasnt called on too much. Exciting game to watch lads. Well done. Excellent job.
