Warehouse Associate (near JFK airport) – 35 hours/week with 1 weekend day, long-term opportunity, must have flexible schedule, $9/hour 5. Warehouse Clerk with Carpentry experience needed for a manufacturing company located in Hauppauge - $10-12/hour – TTH 6. Shipping/Receiving Clerk (Farmingdale & Deer Park, NY) – Must have prior receiving exp. Supervisory exp. is a huge plus. $11-13/hour, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, TTH. 7. Process Operator (near Hicksville, NY) – Must have a manufacturing background, will be required to wear a respirator, need people with flexible schedules, $16/hour, TTH. 8. Production Manager (near Bohemia, NY) – Working Manager with either powder coating and/or production experience required. Lighting exp. is a plus. $75-100k, DH. 9. Overnight Truck Loader (Hauppauge, NY) - $10.50/hour, Mon-Fri 6pm-2:30am, must have a vehicle, TTH. 10. Technical Project Manager (near Brentwood, NY) – Must be able to read blueprints & have prior managerial exp. Excel literacy required. $40-50k, DH. 11. Import Coordinator with Tariff Filing exp. needed for a freight forwarder located near the JFK airport, $35-45k, DH. 2. Part-time Air Export Clerk (near JFK) – Must have dangerous goods exp. $15/hour. Possibility of position turning into FT. TTH. 3. Compliance Auditor (Hartford, CT) – 3-5 years in the compliance/audit field required, as well as have a valid U.S. Customs Brokerage License, $45-65k, DH. 4. Import Sales Coordinator (near Springfield Gardens, NY) – Process POs, send ISF info & shipment confirmations to clients & brokers, prepare charts via Excel, other duties as assigned. Must have excellent communication skills and prior exp. working for a freight forwarder. $35-45k. DH. 5. Entry Auditor – Compliance (Jamaica, NY) – Essentially an Entry Writer. Must have exp. with FDA, entry compliance, USDA, customs compliance, etc. Wearing apparel is a plus. Must be articulate, detail-oriented and have a good phone etiquette. $55-60k. DH. 6. Licensed Customs Broker (Jamaica, NY) – Handle operations. Sunday-Thursday schedule. $60-70k base plus $600/month for license. DH. 7. Customs Entry Writer (Jersey City, NJ) – Must have exp. with FOOD as a commodity. $35-45k, DH. 8. Ocean Import Coordinator (Jamaica, NY) – Min. 2 years of prior ocean import exp. at a freight forwarder required. $18-20/hour. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, TTH. 9. Air/Ocean Export Coordinator (near Lynbrook, NY) – Must have at least 3-5 years of prior relevant experience working for a freight forwarder, DH. ** Accounting/Collections: ** 1. Bookkeeper – Not Full Charge (near New Hyde Park, NY) – Handle A/P, A/R, journal entries, bank recs, etc. $18-22/hour, TTH. 2. Bookkeeper – Not Full Charge (near Holtsville, NY) – Must be proficient with QuickBooks, $18-22/hour, TTH. 3. Bilingual Collections Agent (near Carle Place, NY) – Must have heavy phone exp. $11-14/hour, TTH. 4. Accounting Manager (near Valley Stream, NY) – Handle all aspects of A/R, A/P, make collections calls, bank recs, etc. Knowledge of CargoWise needed. $50-70k, DH. 5.
