Hope all those people who go public and state that our health care system is comparable to the third world were watching sports relief last night. When did anyone here last walk for days with their seriously ill child just to reach a hospital. And when they get there stand in the middle of one room waiting for someone elses child to die so they could put their child in that plastic covered bed and watch while they fought for their tiny lives sharing oxygen with another dying child. They have no privacy, no one to support them, no where to eat, wash, sleep they sit silently watching their beautiful babies die and then somene wraps their tiny bodies in sn old piece of sheet and they start the awful days long journey back home again, alone with their lifeless child strapped to their chest. You think we suffer like that? I know our system is far from perfect, but to make those comparisons, shame on you!
