Hope everybodys having a great Wiener Wednesday. I got to visit at the retirement village yesterday for our Christmas party and I surprised everybody by barking when no one would hold me. Today was vet visit for a check up. You know how obsessive mom is and she makes me go like every month even though the vet says I dont have to go that often. My Neuro exam was even better than last month. I do everything I used to including climbing stairs and standing on my hind legs to be picked up. I had a tiny deficit in one leg so they want me to stay on my same meds. Boo on that cuz it makes my hair dull and flaky and my ears get infected. Officer Chase was good too. He gained a pound which was good. I gained some weight too but Im blaming it on the steroids. My new sis though has some problems. Her ears were infected too. She has a slippery knee cap, cataracts and two mammary tumors that have to come out. Turns out shes older than we thought so basically shes just like the rest of us bol. I hope shell be ok. They said she has to be watched for glaucoma like what I had. I dont think we need two blind dogs around here.
