Procter & Gamble reports a quarterly profit of this weeks final # of $3.03 Billion. Partly Cloudy skies and cooler temperatures in the forecast with highs in the low 70s inland, 50s & 60s around the Bay & Coast. The FDA seeks to set stricter rules on painkillers.
