Hope is having a pretty good day today. As you can see from the picture she is hooked back up to the EEG. They suspect seizure activity, but I am guessing the shaking stems from withdraw from morphine again (we held a dose yesterday because she was doing so good). She has not had any activity since they hooked it up, but I am having them leave it on for 3 days because it is already on and I dont look forward to taking the leads off and washing her hair again. The dialysis machine broke this morning, so they were only able to pull off 300 mls. They will bring another machine and pull off more tomorrow. I am a little disappointed because I was hoping we could start weaning the vent this week, but with all the fluid, it will still be a while. She has been fever free for over 24 hours...which is awesome! God is definitely looking out for our little girl. I was worried with all the fluid that she is more susceptible to pneumonia, so I am thanking God for taking away the fever. Please continue to pray for healing of her lungs, kidney, and brain. I know our prayers are working and I am so thankful to each and every one of you! Gods Got This!!!
