Hope of Nations. When I was in Haiti this past summer, it was such an amazing experience. These people, these beautiful people, materialistically the poorest of the poor. Their lives are in such a fragile existence as disease, bad weather, malnutrition, starvation and lack of governmental help teeter them over the edge. Yet with seemingly insurmountable odds they power through the storm by HOPE alone. We were that sign that hope does exist. As we gave to them, they gave back 10 fold.
