Hope you can make it tomorrow night to help support the Clarence Hollow: The demolition of the old building next to the Hollow Bistro, is on the agenda for the planning board at the Clarence town hall, April 23rd. We purchased this property with the intent of expanding the bistro, which has become a thriving business in the heart of the Clarence Hollow. Many say they now have a reason to go this part of Clarence because they appreciate the fine food and atmosphere which is provided by the Hollow Bistro. Before purchasing the property, we checked to be sure it had no historical significance which could stand in the way of demolition, which it does not. However, there are now some who now believe the old house should remain. The building has been a real eyesore for many years now, and with the advice of architects and contractors, we are now devising a plan to put a tasteful and fitting addition on the bistro. The initial plan will be presented at the meeting. We feel this investment is a worthwhile project that will benefit our growing business as well as make a great improvement in the landscape of the Clarence Hollow, We are hoping you will attend the Planning Board meeting at the Clarence Town Hall to show support of this project, at 7:30 tomorrow. Your attendance will help show that we are not alone in our attempt to improve the Clarence Hollow.
