Hope you had a super weekend. Some of you really did have SUPER weekends. Congrats to all of you who raced, biked, Spartaned-up, TRI, GRAN FOND(ed) and finished!! Casey Gillan Kapil Sharma, Parmi Cheema Dan Horn Vicky And super congrats to Deborah Cranwell Van Dusen for pulling a double with a TRI finish and Spartaned-up- AROOO!!! And congrats to the rest of us who hit the trails, went out on a training run, survived kids sports, work and all other weekend victories. Jordana, Marianne Lorine Erin Ruth Christal Tomorrow is Tuesday..and were running!! Come out and join the fun. Wear your best orange gear as we run Orange you glad... and hit some hill repeats. Hills are great for every level. Some walk, some jog, some run, some sprint like Bill, and some do a combo. Its always inspiring to grunt it out with our fellow Run Clubbers up the hill and down the hill. Right, Laura? Hill repeats are also great for improving strength and speed. So do you want to get stronger and faster? I always hear- How can I get faster? Heres the answer- COME RUN SOME HILLS. 6:15 we meet and greet, 6:30PM we head out. (Right Dennis Marcel) 1 mile warm-up to the hill for a 20 minute workout or 12 repeats (whichever happens first) then we cool down for 2 miles back to the club. Its always a favorite and definitely requires Beast Mode. So quick recap: WEAR ORANGE, COME RUN, DO YOUR BEST, FEEL AWESOME. Got it? Bring a friend or two for the fun.
