Hope youve all enjoyed your relatively snow-free day, as were heading into another period of snow starting at 2 a.m. Thursday morning. Jefferson County and parts of Lewis County are under a wind-chill warning until 10 a.m. Thursday, with a -35 degree wind-chill factor, and is expected to get 6-8 of snow Thursday and 6-11 of snow Friday into Saturday. St. Lawrence and Franklin Counties are not expected to get substantial snow, but are under a wind-chill warning until noon Thursday, with a -40 wind-chill factor. Attached is a map of expected snowfall for Jefferson County on Thursday and a wind-chill map for tonight into Thursday for St. Lawrence and Franklin Counties.
