Hopefully all of these posts today arent too much. I have one more and I think Ive posted and asked about this before but didnt come away with a for certain answer. I have this old Silvertone that when I tune it, just before the strings get to in tune they freeze up. I have great finger hand strength and even I cant turn them at a certain point. But to de-tune or tune down theres no problem. This near mint guitar needs to be played. I need some tech input here. Should I just get new tuners installed? Or can I fix these originals? Ill be watching and waiting for answers! Its definitely a cool guitar. FYI I got it for 140.00 I think thats a good deal.
