Hoping i get a less intense sleep tonight. Last night i had the kind of long sleep with an epic (as in long and intense) dream. It was along the lines of a book i read a long time ago, about the ordeals of a Vulcan bomber on a mission to launch a nuclear missile at the soviet union.(it was 2 tactical nukes in the dream) As we were driving to our Vulcan which was at the furthest reaches of the air base, with trees and large hedges between it and the distant mainbase, two Soviet tactical(small) nuclear missiles hit the base, but we and the Vulcan were out of the blast area (if not the radiation). Then it got weird, that we (now an unknown woman and her daughter!?) had to drive around the outside of the base, through devastated areas, where we had to travel like in the Walking Dead, fighting people for food and drinks and fuel, and in one abandoned house we found a young lad who we took with us. The dream went on for ages, continuing after i woke a few times, with us fighting group after group (but one group in particular) until we finally got away and raced back into the base to the Vulcan, (and loaded 2bombs, and extra fuel tanks into the bomb bay....despite there being 2 big nuclear missiles covering up the bomb bay!!!?!) and then took off at full emergency power (due to having 3passengers, me, and the now-reappeared copilot, as well as 2 bombs, 2 missiles, and shit loads offuel on board) and just made it into the air as another two nuclear missiles hit the base, but we stayed low and fast, ahead of the blastwave. We then swung round, located the underpass of a road where the gang wed been fighting had their base, and dove down close to the speed of sound, surprising them, and dropping the two time-delayed bombs (despite the missiles being in the way) and swept off, pulling up and around, and watching as the gang came out of cover to see what wed dropped, and were promptly blown to pieces by the bombs! ! We then set course (i saw a map with a course north east around Norway, to launch the missiles from the arctic circle, and the route then went to Greenland i think) It was such a massive, long and intense dream that i wanted to type out in the hope it gets it out of my head for tonight!!! I need a restful sleep tonight, if at all, as im really nervous as my carers start tomorrow, and i know to begin with it is going to be extremely tiring for me.
