Horse friends: Im thinking of switching grain from Seminole Wellness Senior Mix, to Triple Crown Senior. The TC is a few dollars cheaper per bag, and has higher protein, from which my little herd will only benefit. Both formulas are low starch, which is important to me...the Wellness Sr. seems to have a lot of herbals and extras though (ultrabloom, fenugreek, garlic, rosemary, yucca, etc) which I like. The TC also has some molasses, whereas the Wellness does not have any (which I prefer). So far Ive heard good things about the TC Sr. But Ive used the Wellness for so long that Im wary of change. Thoughts? Opinions? Experiences?
