Horseback Riding Summer Camp At Windsong Farm 843-835-5026 Ages 5-13 (exceptions can be made) Beginner and novice riders have: (no prior riding skills or very little horse knowledge) Are welcome!!! Novice and Advanced riders can: (tack up horse, canter/lope & great understanding of horses) Are welcome too!! 2013 CAMP DATE: Session I JUNE 24-28 AGES 5-13 9:00am- 4:00pm Camp cost is $250.00 per Session **Early Drop of and later Pickup can be arranged** At Windsong Farm we teach the kids about Horses/Ponies from the Hooves up!! Activities: Each day of camp at the farm the camper will feed and water his or her horse/pony, Groom, Tack up, and Ride! We will be riding in the Arena and riding on the Trails. Each day we will trail ride for 1½ hrs. We are blessed to have a lot of shade to help keep us and the animals cool. We will also do a Craft each day. Have hands on time with your horse/pony to learn how to exercise it in the round pen. Campers will spend time learning how train and handle their horse/pony in and out of the Arena. Campers will have Lesson time (one on one) on how to be a better rider and Friend to their horse/pony, and Fun time with their horse/pony playing games, and getting wet. Each Camper will need: Boots with a heel, Jeans, Sneakers, Shorts, Bathing suit and towel, Note book and pen, Sun screen, Bug spray and Water bottle. ***A Riding helmet will be provided***. Lunch and snack is provided and Camp T shirt. **Please do not send anything you do not want to get wet, muddy, stained, or lost.**
