Hospital Food is Crap and Its Killing My Patients - and what to do about it. Pete Evans is joining me on raising the awareness of our hospital food issues. I am campaigning for choice. If you are unfortunate enough to be in hospital, then you are going to find it near on impossible to get Low Carb Healthy Fat meals. Paleo and LCHF dont exist as options let alone as concepts. If you start making those requests - then the system cannot deny that LCHF/ Paleo is an option. You can currently go to hospital and have food choices made on religious grounds but not on scientific ones. Time for a change or else that hospital food will continue to kill us.
