Weddings/Event/Banqueting Manager Minimum requirements:- 3 years experience in a classic 4 to 5 Star Hotel/Resort environment. Previous Restaurant/Banqueting experience at managerial level, a distinct advantage. Excellent computer skills, highly articulate, good business acumen, able to manage and motivate staff, highly organised, acutely focussed on detail, infectiously outgoing/friendly personality with superior sales skills. Snr. Hotel Bookkeeper Minimum requirements:- 5 years experience as Snr. Bookkeeper in a 4 to 5 Star Hotel Resort environment. Bookkeeping qualifications. Outstanding computer skills. Superior business acumen. Attention to detail. Goal orientated, dedicated and uncompromising. Excellent communication skills. Superior level of literacy. Sous Chef and Snr. Chef de Partie Minimum requirements:- 5 years experience in a classic 4 to 5 Star Hotel/Resort environment and/or an upmarket busy cosmopolitan restaurant; at the level of at least Chef de Partie. Appropriate industry qualifications. Ambitious, creative, resourceful, high energy levels, disciplined, and a team-player. Non Smoker. Spa Therapist Minimum requirements:- 5 years experience as a professional Spa Therapist in a luxury Hote/Resort environment. Appropriate massage and beautician qualifications. Holistic/Alternative and Homeopathic associative skills will be a definite advantage. Dedicated,professional, good communicator, personable,intuitive, generous of spirit, eco-orientated, spiritual, ethical and idealistic. Non smoker.
