Host Ambassador Pala Casino Spa & Resort - Pala, CA To identify VIP guests and develop a rapport with players in the High Limit area and lounge. To ensure that only qualified guests have access to the VIP lounge. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. •Excellent guest service / people skills. •Knowledge of personal computer and office equipment, i.e. copy machine, etc. •Excellent verbal communication skills •Ability to use good judgment in decision making. •Above average appearance and attire. •Prior casino/telemarketing experience and good penmanship preferred. •CDS Experience preferred. •Understanding of player ratings. •High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Provide consistent, prompt and courteous guest service at all times to all guests. •Monitor access to the VIP lounge allowing only Gold or Platinum Card guests to enter. •Create a friendly, comfortable and exciting atmosphere for all VIP guests. •Present a professional manner at all times and ensure all team members provide the same service and attitude. •Welcome all guests entering the VIP lounge in a timely manner.
