Hot Broccoli Dip 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped 4 tablespoons onion 4 tablespoons red pepper 2 cups grated cheddar cheese 1 cup light mayonnaise 1 cup light sour cream ½ cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese, divided 2 garlic cloves coarsely ground black pepper Preheat oven to 180°c. On Cutting Board using the Food Chopper, chop the broccoli and onion and add to the Classic Batter Bowl. Using the Forged Utility Knife chop the red pepper and add to the bowl. Grate the cheddar cheese using the Microplane Coarse Grater and add to the bowl. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, and 4 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese using the Adjustable Measuring Spoons, garlic and black pepper; mix well. Spoon into the Square Baker. Bake 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
