Hot Rod is now a hero dog!!! This dog was at the shelter so long, he landed on the Euthanasia List. You guys donated money so he could go to Consummate K-9 Training LLC for several weeks. He had the drive, energy and focus of a working dog. BAR volunteer sponsored his continued training as he remained unadopted months later. New BAR bio writer Carmen used her talents to highlight his talents. When his published widely, a friend showed it to Jamie Powell. Now Hot Rod is a Search and Rescue dog in training for TEXSAR. Heres what Jamie had to say, Huge thanks to Lori Alford for pulling this guy from Bastrop shelter and Lisa and Dave from Consummate K-9 Training LLC for bringing out his potential. Im excited tho start a great journey training this boy. Lori Alford stayed committed to Hot Rod so that he can now fulfill his destiny. Thank you Lori!!!
