Hotel Workout - this is a no excuses workout. Nothing needed but creativity and a no quit attitude (doesnt even require shorts if you forgot to pack them; hotel towel works too!) Warm up: 25 each jumping jax, high knee jump ropes, lateral tick tocks, mountain climbers, jog in place. Repeat 3x through. Interval #1: 12 reps/3sets - reverse lunges holding something weighted like your blender, push ups, front leg extensions, squats with front deltoid raise holding blender interval #2 - 12 reps/3 sets - hotel iron bicep curls, bathtub tricep dips, hotel door/wall hand stand snap downs. #aintgottimetobelazy
