Hotep Family, I find that the discussion that has evolved over the past few weeks to be very instructive. It says so much about us. I am a teacher, not a leader. I have no followers, in fact, I do not seek followers. I am looking for 3 out of 100 people who seek information, knowledge and wisdom who have the desire insight and inspirience to teach and inspire our people. I humbly appreciate all of the dedicated people who expressed their respect for my work. But, I also must send out a deep word to those who speak out against my personalty and character. We all are victims of a generational experience that has impacted us all by matter of degree. The hardest hard are the hardest hurt. I freely choose to reach out to your hurt. There is a place for everyone in this Great work. I pray and invoke the spirit and power of our Ancestors to keep us strong. I have to now speak to all of the brothers and sisters who are new to this information. Probably they are connecting with the Internet and are able to tap into scholars such as Dr. Ben, Dr. Ray Hagins, Dr. Umar Johnson, Dr. Phil Valentine, Sister Rosalind and Brother Leonard Jeffries, and the countless other great minds who teach us all the time. They have also been exposed to Ancestor scholars such as Dr. Asa Hilliard, Dr. Barbara Sizemore, Queen Mother Moore, Dr. John Henrik Clarke, Dr. Charshee McIntyre and many more. It is unfortunate that they would have to deal with this type of event. It can be very discouraging. But, I ask you to understand that these incidences are even part of our struggle also. Do not give up, do not be disheartened. Take the sense out of the nonsense, and Keep On Keepin On. Because you must be in this for the long haul. This is a Pre-Womb to Post-Tomb Journey with no Destination. I harbor no hard feelings towards anyone. My mortal enemy is not a person, place or thing...It is a state of mind. White Supremacy. Now...Now...Lets move on. Let me now move to a place that brings me great joy and satisfaction. Lets talk about the Pyramid Texts of ancient Kemet. The entry place of the Pyramid of Unas is by its Causway. The Causeway of Unas - The Pyramid of Unas is generally assumed to have been his tomb, but this is by no means certain. No traces of a burial were present. His pyramid might have served a nonfunerary purpose. -The pyramid of Unas was approached from a temple in the valley below, adjacent to a canal. The ancient Kemetic way of coming to the pyramid was first by boat, which would have moored alongside the Valley Temple. Very little survives today of the Valley Temple of Unas, but, it was here that initial purification ceremonies probably took place and preparation was made for entering the pyramid. From the Valley Temple, one then proceeded uphill along a causeway. The causeway was really a long corridor with high walls and a roof that completely insulated from the world outside those who traveled its length. This insulation from the outer world was alleviated by just one feature: In the middle of the roof and running its whole length, there was a narrow slit through which light filtered. So, walking along this causeway for almost half a mile, it would have been impossible to see anything beyond the walls and ceiling by which one was enclosed. But on the inside of these causeway walls were beautiful reliefs illumined by the soft light allowed through the slit in the center of the roof. These reliefs showed deer being hunted by greyhounds, men and women bargaining at a fish market, metal workers, archers, farmers hoeing, pitiful scenes of people starving, ships full of prisoners pleading for mercy, other ships transporting granite columns for a temple, and then women bearing offerings in a long procession. It is as if the whole sweep of life was depicted on these walls – its pleasures, and tribulations and the work of human beings in the world. Meanwhile, looking up, the causeway ceiling was decorated with golden stars against a blue background. – The causeway leads directly to the entrance of the outer temple, which had to be visited and passed through in order to reach the pyramid. -From the beginning, as soon as one entered the Valley Temple, one was in an environment sealed off from the outside world. It was an environment in which the consciousness of the human being was compelled by the sequence of architectural spaces to become increasingly focused on the meaning of this westward journey uphill, toward the entrance to the pyramid... ...To Be Continued Kaba Hiawatha
