Hotmail users are getting very frustrated with the two step verification process recently added by Microsoft, and the idea that it takes them (Microsoft) potentially up to 30 days to fix your Hotmail login issue is unacceptable (in my view). Gmail - prepare for an onslaught of new users who cant wait 30 days to send / receive emails !!! They KEY to your own sanity if using ANY online EMAIL system (Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, AOL, etc.) is to INSURE you EXPORT your online contacts TO your computer every so often - hence, when a problem like this (above) occurs, you can readily join another email giant, upload your contacts and start emailing right away and end the frustration.... Cheers!
