Hours, people, hours until the big man arrives. This season is exhausting and frustrating but I would not give up one second of it. I will do everything I can to make sure the holiday season is filled with magic and wonder for Max. Too soon my son will no longer be interested in where the elf is today, or how long it takes Santa to cross Africa. In just a few short years, I wont be sneaking around and wrapping gifts in the back of a closet under a blanket so Max doesnt know that I am, in fact, Santa. Im not wasting one second of this gift. I may look silly with my car decorated like an elf or running around my house throwing marshmellows to make it look like there was a snowball fight but I dont care. These memories will carry me when hes off living his own life and I miss him terribly.... I hope that each of you have spent this season creating memories that will carry you.
