House Music - Arnold Jarvis - singer, songwriter & smooth performer, while a teen singing in church his unique voice landed him front & center as a soloist for the Baltimore Gospel Choir his voice is so powerful - this man can sang :) He began to write, perform & record then began teaming up with other power house singers & producers to come in and move the dance community, as well as tapping into the gospel house scene - I remember Ken Collier dropping Inspiration at Heavens it moved me, I had lost my friend & party bud (R.I.P.- B. Minnis) & so many of my male associates had passed away! Aids had claimed the lives of so many african american men (real talk) during 92-96 & still today, Jarviss music help heal the spirit & taught us to celebrate life during a very difficult time within the gay community, I loved this record - heck I brought the org 12 then the double pack e.p. dropped smoking
