House Republicans pushed through 3 bills last week that will, in essence, allow Federal land to be turned over to the states, and take away authority from the Federal government and transfer that to the states, as well. This will result in a Fracking Free-For-All on public land. The bills were H.R. 1900, H.R. 1965, and H.R. 2728. The latter is now known in the Senate as S 1743 and has already been introduced, and referred to committee. The Republicans are trying to accomplish their mission before they go on recess for the holidays. Now is the time to contact your Senators and tell them your not going to accept a fracking free-for-all on public land.
