House Rule update 1. All Heroclix figures are allowed, except Star Trek ships. 2. No more than 10% of your forces build total can be Tactics or off the map elements. Example: If the total of your build is 370, you cannot have more than 37 total points allocated to resources, relics, ATAs or off the map elements. This puts these items in the same points percentage as feats, which were similarly designed items. 3. Half sealed, half constructed events cannot have more than 60% of the build from the booster, nor more than 50% of the build as constructed. Example: 60% of 300 pts is 180 pts.
