House for rent ONLY to families with big dogs! :) And we know the awesome home owners ~ they are Super Monster Rooster to the Rescues parents! :) With only 12 percent of rentals are listed as pet-friendly nationwide, this is a breath of fresh air for a lot of renters out there with big dogs, especially bully breeds. And you can play a part in changing perception by always educating and advocating. For example: Mama Monster has a friend with a rental property in Virginia who wasnt dog-friendly. After seeing how passionate she is with advocating for the Monsters, he called one day to ask for advice because a great potential tenant has a 50-lb dog. She provided a checklist of what he should do (from getting a larger pet deposit to renters insurance to occasional landlord drop) and now, he has a tenant with a 50-lb dog. :) Be your dogs ambassador; be the best representative of responsible pet owners and change minds along the way.
