Housing Insecurity: For the last 5 months I have been living in a shared housing situation with 5 other guys in a 5 bedroom house. The homeowner felt it was easier for there to be no lease documents signed as I could have the flexibility of it didnt work out. Over the last months I have grown to appreciate and love these guys like brothers. Now the homeowner has come over un-announced one to many times and is more like a big brother spy has gone too far. Tonight I confronted his mgmt approach and he asked me too leave. Letting me know I have no rights to anything - so where does my large monthly rent contribution even apply??? Do I have any tenant rights?? Now I have to find some temporary housing for the next weeks/months. Frustrating :-(
