Houston...I have a problem. Remember Puddles the goose...well he absolutely loves me. He/she knows my vehicle..a black and white blazer...and when I am coming down the mile long driveway he/she flies to greet me and comes back to greet me and Narro my dog who comes with me. Its cute indeed...this is the video I took immediately after we arrived tonite. I didnt leave the farm tonite until late...nearing 1130 as I had a phone call that I needed to urgently return. While I was on the phone, the dog was in the car ready to go home and Puddles was laying down by feet. I said my goodnight and got in the car to leave....half a mile down the driveway guess whos flying right next to me talking??! I stopped, he landed in front of the car and came up to my door as I was telling him to go home...(Like he really knew what I was saying!) I pointed and was telling him to go. Surprisingly he did. Whew right? Nope....I couldnt see him any longer and I assumed he had gone back to the pens where he usually hangs. I now thought it was safe to leave and did so. Finishing the driveway I turned on the highway and proceeded about 2 miles to the road that would take me home. As I turned right and my windows were down I heard this noise....noise it was alright. It was Puddles. Wow. I turned around and he was flying following nee again back to the farm. I went all the way back...there he was right at my door yacking away at me. I got out, went in the milk room and poured some milk in one of the dishes out near the chickens and he just started drinking. I rushed to my car and took off again and made it home safely WITHOUT goose intow! How do I solve this? Deb thinks that because my vehicle is black and white its easy for him to see. Your thoughts? Im feeling like this is a sequel toFly Away Home.
