How AAP is now trying to hijack and destroy movement to cancel Mauritius route . And solutions. . AAP tried its best and also partially succeeded in hijacking and weakening the demand for Right to Recall law-drafts on PM, CM, MPs, MLAs, judges, Police Chiefs etc. AAPs goal was to completely destroy Right to Recall demand, and lets see if AAP is successful in future or not. But now AAP is trying to hijack and destroy demand to impose same tax rate on Mauritius company. Lets see how AAP is doing it. . AAP is confusing Mauritius route with SIT on black dollars. Well, there is NOTHING in common. SITs scope is only to investigate those Indian citizens who didnt report their wealth in foreign countries. Why Mauritius route is more about foreign elitemen OFFICIALLY exempt from taxes in India !! . AAP has now 4 MPs in Parliament. None of the four AAP MPs have moved any private members bill in Loksabha to impose uniform tax rate on all companies in India, irrespective of country or origin and nature of work they do. This itself shows that AAP-apex has no commitment to reduce end Mauritius route at all. . AAP-apex and AAP-workers are also opposing the proposals that voters should order their MPs via SMS to print the law that all companies should be taxed at same rate. This shows complete lack of intention. .. AAP-workers will go around beating drums that they gave passed a resolution and posted some notes on AAP websites against tax heavens. Well, resolutions may be good for parties will no MP. But resolutions are useless for party with even one MP> A party with one MP is supposed to give legislation DRAFT in Loksabha. But AAP-apex and AAP-workers flat oppose to submit a ;legislation draft in Loksabha to impose same tax rates on all Indian and all foreign companies. And lastly, AAP-apex and AAP-workers have also refused to give newspaper advertisements explaining Mauritius route in India !!! . All in all, as far as Mauritius route goes, AAP = Congress = BJP = BST = RSS . If you are serious about ending Mauritius route, please support our movement of convinicng 50 crore voters in India to send order tinyurl /rtrgrpp02 to their MPs via SMS. This URL says Add following clause as section 90AA in income tax act --- all companies in India, be resident in India or foreign country such as Mauritius or any country, will be taxed at same rate. IOW, on all types of incomes, such as short\long term capital gains, profits etc , the tax rates will be same as normal Indian company. All sections in Income Tax act which conflict with this section will be deemed as void and deleted. . Once the above section comes in Income Tax act, Mauritius route will end in 1 hour. . Now AAP = Congress = BJP = BST = RSS . are opposing the proposal that voters should be requested to send the above order via SMS. They at first insisted that voters should be given NO information on Mauritius route. Which is why AAP wasted away all time and energy into cap wearing, jhadu weailing, slogan shouting etc. When we started campaign on Mauritius route, AAP was left with no option but to hijack it and destroy it. So now they have taken the issue, but oppose legal approach and insist on slogan shouting in the name of voter education. .. SOLUTION: . 1. We recallists can thwart AAPs attempt to hijack and destroy the movement to end Mauritius route by asking questions why arent AAP MPs submitting law-draft to impose same tax rate on all companies including Mauritius companies? . 2. Also inform that AAP started talking about it only after we recallists started informing all about Maurius route. . 3. AAP is supporting tax exemptions to SEZ and many other companies. . .. -By Rahul Chimanbhai Mehta, Right to recall Group
