How Do We Survive in the ANIMAL FARM, if We Want to Survive!! The Animal Farm by George Orwell tells a complete story of a useless mankind (Mr. Jones) who was in charge of a wonderful farm given to him by God. In the Animal Farm, Mr. Jones the owner of the farm, was a heavy drinker who could not play his role as a responsible human being. He terribly failed to look after himself and all the animals he owned in his farm. Consequently, the animals revolted against him in order to free themselves from hunger and despotic control of Mr. Jones. He was driven out of the Farm by Animals whom he had contemptuously looked down upon. After he was driven out of the farm by his subjects- the Animals, the useless Jones who was well known by all Animals attempted to come back. He stood no chance at all, he was finally defeated in the Battle of Cowshed never to return. Thanks to Old Major and Snowball for orchestrating the liberation of Animals. The Animal Farm has many characters, with Mr. Jones depicted as Russian Tsar Nicholas II, who abdicated following the February Revolution of 1917. Tsar was executed along with the rest of his family members by the Bolsheviks in July 1918. The Massacre in Jonglei State will NOT stop at all, unless if people think like the Bolsheviks of 1918: Ideally, Materially, Politically, Socially, Technologically, Culturally and Economically. I am not saying take up arms against the government of Kiir, instead, to voice concern and protest vehemently. In order to flourish economically, culturally, politically, technologically and socially-- security is fundamental and people (Ministers, Government Officials and others) should NOT be scared to challenge governments failures to curb insecurity, because SECURITY is attached to all aspects of human developments. According to the Book, Mr. Jones failed to accomplish his duty as a human being, the animals took control to liberate themselves, because they believed that all of them have rights to good life in the farm. If Animals fight for their own rights.... why not humans 1. Child abduction, 2. Women abduction, 3. killing of innocent people 4. Deprivation of economic resources cattle, sheep and goats All these are too much burdens for Dinka Bor to endure Perpetually....It only needs Old Major and Snowball with the same guts to help innocent people commonly butchered by Murle tribe. I have closely monitored the media broadcast and governments handling of this case... less attention is given. Government officials and MPs dont wanna talk about the governments failure to protect innocent people in their villages, simply because of losing a job. Losing a job is not a problem, you can get another one tomorrow or you lose your relatives in a cold blood murder never to return. I heard the news about the massacre when I called Panyagoor, only to be told that Maar and Paliau Payams were torched by the enemy, children abducted, women, elders and teenagers killed by heavy equipped militias with thousands of cattle looted. My heart jerked because my Uncle was in Maar Payam with his wife and children. I made a quick phone call direct to Maar Payam, with Uncles age reaching approximately 100 years, I was worried that he couldnt match the speed of the enemy running. Thanks to God, his entire family remained unharmed. But still, I am mourning with other brothers and sisters who have lost their love ones. The peaceful solution from the government is number 1 priority, if Murle tribe does not comply then a ruthless intermittent disarmament process can be a solution. Alas, the problem of insecurity poses by Murle will NOT be eradicated unless if people who bear the consequences of Murles Brutality look for Solutions. Murle will commit other more atrocities within Greater Bor area or within the adjacent counties of Lou Nuer sooner than next year. One of the solutions to Murle vicious cycle of banditry is to Uproot the Culture that promotes kidnapping, cattle rustling and killing of innocent people for cultural symbolic significance. The root cause to the vice needs to be uprooted perpetually. When the CPA was signed in 2005 and with Secession achieved in 2009, the tears of joy felt and Junubins celebrated the Birth of a new nation euphorically. Looking back at both the Old Sudan and New Nation of South Sudan, still the same if many innocent peopl are killed like this. The only difference is that our resources are being engorged in the South as oppose to the North. My sincere heartfelt condolences to all people who have lost relatives and friends. May God help HE General Salva Kiir to accomplish his duty to protect innocent people in Jonglei state.
