How I feel for members of the DA. As rumours of a possible merger with Agang abound; I am sure many DA diehards no longer recognise their own party. In the Madams haste to erase Tony Leons legacy and distinguish herself as the leader who sunk the ANC, ideology and principle have become immediate casualties. She has further taken the notion of rent-a-darkie to heart and too far, prepared to even let a self proclaimed Black Consciousness activist lead her party of white minority privilege. Political expediency and opportunism have become the order of the day. No wonder the party suffers from an identity crisia and has no coherent plan to move South Africa forward.
