Secular Coalition for Washington was in attendance at the Washington State Department of Health’s 11/26/13 hearing regarding proposed changes to the Certificate of Need process and related rules in response to the rapid increase in secular and religious hospital mergers. We testified at the hearing and submitted our position statement in writing.
